Annual physical—this is done once per year. This is the visit where we go over making sure you are up to date on your routine health screenings for your age and health risk factors (like mammogram, colonoscopy, etc). Prior to this appointment you will need to have your labs drawn so we can evaluate things like your cholesterol (for men, we would typically check a PSA) and other standard labs based on your health needs and medical/family history.

Schedule this type of visit when you and your provider need to follow up on a health condition or concern. You and the provider will discuss scheduling this. For example, if you have a chronic condition like high blood pressure or diabetes, it may be necessary to follow up with the provider every 3 to 6 months for these conditions depending on how well controlled these health conditions are and how well you are tolerating any medications you may be on.

This type of visit is a medical visit done utilizing real-time, secure, 2-way, video and audio technology to address a medical concern or follow up on a medical condition. You and your provider can request a visit of this type (often this can be done for a follow up visit depending on when you were last seen by the provider and depending on the medical condition and concern being addressed or it can be done for a visit when you are feeling ill). It should be noted that these types of visits may require setting up a time for a physical examination by the provider if the provider determines that more information is necessary to fully evaluate your medical concerns or needs.

As a member, you will be given direct access to your provider! This means that you will have the ability to use the portal, call, text or even email your provider if you have a medical question or concern. You can opt to have a telemedicine visit if you are feeling ill (for example, cold or flu symptoms or urinary tract infection symptoms) or you can elect for a home visit. We currently do not have an office location at this time (coming soon!).

Please feel free to self-schedule using the portal OR call, email or text your provider during business hours. If it is an urgent concern after hours, please text or call the provider. If it is an emergent concern, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Additional charges will apply for testing (for example: COVID, flu, strep swabs done at the time of visit).

This type of exam is done in preparation for a surgery or procedure. This usually requires your provider to do a physical exam in addition to some lab work and sometimes, an EKG. We can do all of this for you. Our provider has extensive experience in completing these types of exams having worked in GBMC’s pre-surgical testing center for 2.5 years! We will send all of your paperwork over to your surgeon’s office so you don’t have to worry about anything other than getting ready for your surgery.

As a member, the provider will come to your home to evaluate you for medical concerns , your follow up or sick visit if you live within a 20 mile radius of Harford County, MD if you request or if further follow up is needed from a telemedicine visit. You must be located in Maryland. Please ensure you maintain a safe environment for yourself and the provider if you elect this service.

Need a COVID/flu or strep test? No problem! We can do that at the time of your visit if it is done in person.
